| Important! | Occasionally, you may
want to communicate with North Farm through, NF-One's e-mail
application. E-mail allows you to exchange information with
North Farm.
Information exchanged through e-mail should not be of an immediate nature. If the information is very time-sensitive, it's best to call North Farm. The following options are available in Communications: |

Read North Farm Messages
Allows you to read messages that North Farm has posted for all North Farm Cooperative members.Read and Create E-mail
Allows you to read e-mail that has been sent to you and to create a new message to North Farm.Exchange E-mail
Connects to North Farm and sends and retrieves any E-mail.Download Latest Version
Connects to North Farm and downloads the latest version of Visual NF-One.
This option allows you to read messages that North Farm has posted on the BBS for its members. The following is an example:.

This option allows you to read e-mail that has been sent to you from North Farm, as well as create an e-mail message to someone at North Farm. E-mail can be used to ask questions about products, North Farm in general or Visual NF-One.

It is important to note that e-mail is not exchanged in this process. You must select Exchange E-mail or wait until you connect to North Farm for some other function (like Post Order to North Farm) before your message is actually sent.
| Important! | E-mail should not be used to communicate time-sensitive material. The e-mail is monitored daily from 8 am to 5 pm Central time, but if you require immediate assistance please contact Member Services at 1-800-236-5880. |
This option allows you to connect to North Farm and send and retrieve any messages. It is important to note that e-mail is exchanged every time you connect to North Farm. There may be times, however, when you want to send the message immediately.
From time to time, North Farm will compile new Visual NF-One files. You may be asked by a North Farm staff member to update the version you are using.
At each connection to North Farm, Visual NF-One compares the version you are using to the most current version. If you are not on the most current version, you will be notified that a newer version is available.
Once the files have been downloaded all you need to do to install the new version is select Quit and restart Visual NF-One.
