Member Purchase History

Provides information on members and their purchase volume.
Sales Tax Report
Available for those North Farm accounts who are reporting their sales tax (as opposed to those who have North Farm Cooperative report sales tax).

Member Purchase History
Option not currently available

The Member Purchase History report uses your accounts history file to provide you with member purchases by product.  You have two options, either a detail of product purchases or a summary.  The summary option produces a report with one line per item with total units shipped and ordered and total dollar value shipped and ordered.

You may run this report for one or all members.

Member Volume Analysis
Option not currently available

The Member Volume Analysis report provides you with a summary of dollar value of your members' purchases.  This report totals each member's purchases over a specified period of time.  It then sorts the results by member in descending order.

This report can be used to monitor the relative volume of your members' activity with your account.  It could also be used to create a volume discount program, should you desire.  Since you can vary your surcharge, you could choose to charge those members who order the most the lowest surcharge.  This report can provide you with the information you need to do that type of analysis.

Sales Tax Report
Option not currently available

The Sales Tax Report can be used to analyze sales tax charges.

North Farm Cooperative reports all sales tax paid by all accounts for all states in which we do business.  You have no responsibility to report sales taxes collected or paid to your state.  North Farm does it all for you free of charge as part of our service.

Should you wish to be responsible for reporting sales taxes, you need to file a waiver with North Farm, as well as provide a sales/use tax identification number as issued by your state.  North Farm would no longer charge your account sales tax and you would be responsible for all state and local tax returns.

The Sales Tax Report provides you with the details to manage that process.
