NF-WEB Technical Support can be reached by calling Member Services at 1-800-236-5880 and picking option #1 from the menu. If you leave a message, please be sure to leave your name, buying club number, phone number (including area code), and a brief description of the problem.

NF-Web now offers club coordinators and order placers the ability to enter messages that will appear on individual member invoices.
To activate a default message (appearing on all member invoices) go to the "My Info" screen, type in your message in the "Default Message" box, located just above your invoices, and click update. Your message will now appear on new invoices.
If you need to change the message for your current order, you may override the default message by clicking the "Options" link (next to the "Divide Sheet" link). Enter the new message, click "Update" and this message will appear on current individual member invoices.
The "Options" screen also allows you to enter messages for individual members of your club. Next to the member's name, enter the message and click the "Update" button.

Q Does NF-WEB run on Windows XP.
Yes, NF-WEB requirements are Windows Operating System running Internet Explorer 5.5.
Q When I print My Invoices run together. I am using IE 5.5.
There are some printing Issues with Internet Explorer 5.5. Download and install Internet Explorer 6.0 from Microsoft.
Q Does NF-WEB work with a T-1 Line or a DSL connection?
Yes, Contact member@northfarm.com for conversion instructions.
Q I’ve downloaded my Visual NF- One Invoice and I’ve tried printing the individual invoices. Why aren’t Individual Invoices showing up?
NF-WEB Invoices are in My Info near the bottom of the page. Please do Not use Visual NF-One to try to get Invoices it will Not work.
